WAZABI is a Danish Counter-Strike organization built on the ambition to compete at a high level and develop players who want to take their game further. We believe development is about more than becoming better at Counter-Strike. A competitive environment challenges people. You learn to take responsibility, communicate, work with others and deal with pressure, success and adversity. That's why we see leadership and personal development as a natural part of developing players.
Talent matters, but talent isn't enough. It takes focused practice, discipline and the ability to keep developing when results don't go your way. Because adversity will come. Bad periods, lost matches and mistakes are part of competing. We don't try to avoid them. We use them to understand where we need to get better.
